10th annual Aerospacefest

Join the Discovery Center for a full day of free science and engineering fun! Enjoy STEM activities led by exhibitors and be one of the first people to watch the new planetarium show. To allow for social distancing, AerospaceFest will be outdoors on the Discovery Center grounds and all booths will be under tents, so the event is rain or shine. Wipes and sanitizer will be available, and masks are required both in and outside.

Muscle Car Fall Fling

NH Muscle Cars will celebrate its Fall Fling at the Deerfield Fairgrounds.  NH Muscle Cars is the largest car club in New England, with over 4,000 local club members from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine.  This special event is an all-vehicle show open to all makes, models and non-members and is also open to the general public. The event will feature a car show, show vendors, swap meet, car corral, parade, raffles, music and food.

Everything Raptor

Squam Lakes Natural Science Center in Holderness is holding a Raptor Migration Celebration. This event is appropriate for all ages and will celebrate the amazing journey that some raptors embark upon during this season of transition as they move to wintering grounds. The Raptor Celebration will showcase migratory raptors at Pop Up Animal Encounters along the live animal exhibit trail. Visitors will learn about where New Hampshire’s raptor species go each winter, how long it takes them to get there, and why they bother to return each spring. All Raptor Migration Celebration activities are included with trail admission. Advance reservations are required

20th annual Highnote Festival

The McPhee Family of Epping presents Highnote: the 20th Annual Balloon, Music and Fireworks Festival to benefit the Adam McPhee Memorial Foundation. Over 19 years, the festival has raised about $120,000 in donations to benefit the Adam McPhee Memorial Foundation. All activities, including music, auction and fireworks, are “drive in” style. Organizers will provide guidance for all families to stay 6 feet apart.
