Not all Scout camps are created equal. Each camp offers a terrific program to entertain and challenge all our scouts, but every Scout camp has unique program elements that make it special. The Daniel Webster Council offers world-class facilities for Scouts (boys & girls), families, and outside groups to enjoy.

All camps include: swimming, ATV, shooting,Horseback riding, camping, blacksmithing, hiking, farming, climbing, motor boating, crafts, STEM, ecology, boating, campfires, Trading Post, great food, enthusiastic camp staff & more

Cub Scouts Camping

Camp Carpenter – Ages 7-11 camp located in Manchester, NH.
Day Camp – Ages 7-11 locations are varied across the state of NH. Check website for details.

Scouts BSA Camping

Hidden Valley – Ages 12-18 traditional merit badge program located in Gilmanton, NH.

Camp Bell – Ages 12-18 group programming where scouts cook and work together as a unit in Gilmanton.


Scouts are for boys AND girls!!
2019, the Boy Scouts of America extending its membership to include girls from ages 7-18

8 day camp locations!
We will be hosting day camps at the following locations: Portsmouth, Barrington, Nashua, Mt.Monadnock region, Lancaster/Littleton, & Hopkinton

Griswold Scout Reservation is “the land made for Scouting”!
GSR has 3 unique programs (Hidden Valley, Camp Bell, Granite High Adventure) that operate over 3900 acres in the Belknap range.

You can come with your family!
Camp Carpenter has Family camping July 17-18 for just $40!! You can participate int eh same programs as the scouts

You must be a member of the Boy Scouts of America
Its easy to become a member of the BSA! Just contact 603-625-6431 to find out how! Most troops and packs meet locally, and every week.

Can Adults attend with their scout?
Not only can they, it is encouraged. Parents and Guardians have been known to enjoy scout camp as much as the youth.

Health forms are required
All participants (adults & youth) at scout camp are required to have an up-to date medical form. Please see our website for more details

Are there scholarships?
At DWC, we believe every scout deserves the opportunity to attend camp. Money should not be an obstacle. There are fundraisers in place for scout to pay their way. As well as “camperships” for those who come a little short. Both are only available for scouts of the Daniel Webster Council

We have an Early Bird rate!
Pay in Full by May 15, and receive an additional $50 off the price.

Can we attend more than one week of camp?
Absolutely! Scouts who attend a second week receive an additional $25 off from the early bird rates
