Established in 1953, Camp Kettleford provides an environment for girls to learn new skills and make new friends. Theme weeks keep things fun while campers experience their favorite camp activities like paddling, canoeing, swimming, campfire cooking, sing-alongs and more!
Camp Kettleford specialty programs enhance your camper’s summer experience. She can spend mornings in the barn riding and caring for horses. Develop her outdoor skills through matchless fire-building and campfire cook-off challenges. Rule the jungle gym and hone her ninja skills, conquering her very own ninja course!
Open to all girls!
Prior or current Girl Scout experience is not required to go to Camp Kettleford. We are open to all girls.
Camp is open to girls entering Kindergarten!
Girls who are entering Kindergarten in fall 2020 are encouraged to come to Kettleford for summer day camp.
Bus routes that start in Salem, Concord and Peterborough will get your girl to and from camp every day. Bus transportation included in session price.
Two water fronts!
Kettleford has swimming in Sebbins Pond, and nature exploration and canoeing in Sandy Pond.
Girls who have completed second grade and older can participate in archery at the range. Girls of all ages can participate in slingshots.
Girls learn fire building and fire safety so they can cook a treat over the fire.
Kettleford has an interpretive nature trail for short hikes and learning about the trees and plants found at camp.
Every Wednesday is an extended camp day. Join your girl at camp from 7 – 8 for songs, s’mores and to explore the camp property before taking her home for the day.
Courage! Confidence! Character!
From the challenge course to the first time in a canoe, Kettleford encourages girls to find their courage and confidence to build character.
