Camp Glen Brook
At Camp Glen Brook we weave traditional New England camping activities with the ideals of Waldorf education. Our co-ed, residential, summer camp seeks to inspire and empower children from 3rd through 10th grade to feel comfortable in the world, be involved in their communities and be good stewards of the earth.
A Family Feel
Camp Glen Brook’s small size means each of our staff knows every one of our campers.
We use the Waldorf education model of child development to inspire our work with children.
Farm to Table
Most of the vegetables and meat we serve at summer camp comes from our fully-functioning farm–it doesn’t get any more local!
Our campers enjoy a summer without screens, without media, and without distractions from the simple joys of summer.
Camp Glen Brook has been incorporating age-old New England camp activities into our summers since 1945.
With 240 acres of forests, farmland, fields, and waters–including our small private lake–there is no shortage of adventure to be had at Camp Glen Brook.
Every cabin group goes on at least one wilderness trip during each session, giving our campers a chance to directly connect to the wider, wilder world.
Camp Glen Brook draws its staff from teachers, college graduates, and Glen Brook alums.
Our annual parent survey shows that 97% of camper parents are very satisfied with Camp Glen Brook!
Camp Glen Brook values diversity and inclusion; we work to ensure that our summer camp experience serves children from a variety of backgrounds.
