Join the virtual walk against hunger on May 17
FIT-New Horizons' 30th annual event can be done right in your neighborhood, and you'll be raising money for a great cause
Join Families in Transition – New Horizons (FITNH) for its 30th annual Walk Against Hunger – a virtual event this year. Walk anywhere in your neighborhood, on a trail, on a treadmill, with your dog, it doesn’t matter. You can run or walk; the choice is yours.
Registration is $10 per walker, and the first 1,000 to register will receive a T-shirt after the event.
FITNH will be host a live broadcast kick-off at noon on May 17.
In times of crisis, FIT-New Horizons is looked upon as a helping hand to those who need it. In walking with us, you show your support to the entire FITNH family at a time when we need it most.
Despite unimaginable hurdles, Families in Transition-New Horizons remains committed to keeping programs running and continuing operations that provide essential services.
Families in Transition – New Horizons provides many services, including: hunger relief, emergency shelter, safe affordable housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need – enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect.
