Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 28, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.
Parade route: Starts at Town Hall and goes to to Academy Avenue, left on to Leroy Avenue and right on Main Street and proceeds to the Atkinson Town Dow Common where a Memorial Day ceremony will take place.

Memorial Day Hometown Parade

When: Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 1 p.m.
Parade route: Parade starts at Bedford High School's driveway, goes down to County Road and up to Liberty Hill Road, and ends at McKelvie Intermediate School.

New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH
Memorial Day Ceremony

When: Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 11 a.m.
FYI: Please plan to arrive by 10:30 a.m. Seating is limited and attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair. The ceremony normally runs for one hour.

Memorial Day Parade and Cookout

A wreath ceremony will be held at the Town Pond at 4:15 p.m. to honor all branches of the military. Attendees should bring chairs and blankets for the Memorial Day Ceremony at the Town Bandstand from 4:30-5:15 p.m. and food will be available from 5-7 p.m. with music and entertainment from 5:15-7 p.m.

Parade route: The parade beings at the Claremont Middle School, proceeds down South and Pleasant Streets, pausing at the West Pleasant Street Cemetery to honor the Tomb of the Unknowns, then continues up Pleasant Street to Opera House Square and onto Broad Street for a ceremony in Broad Street Park.

Parade route: The parade takes place in Contoocook Village and will include the VFW Color Guard, Hopkinton Town Band, veterans from the VFW and American Legion Post 81, antique cars, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and youth sports teams. After the parade, the American Legion will host a hot dog lunch at the VFW, located at 169 Bound Tree Road.

When: Monday, May 28, 2018 at 10 a.m.
Parade route: The parade will form on Gilbo Avenue extending into St James Street and then proceed from Gilbo Avenue to Main Street execute a column left on Main Street to Washington and proceed up Washington Street to the Veterans Monument at the Keene Parks and Recreation Center where an observance will be held.

Kingston, NH
Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 28, 2018 at 1 p.m.
Parade route: Begins at Town Hall with parade vehicles lined up on Main Street in front of the town hall, and marchers forming in the Town Hall Parking lot. At the command of the Grand Marshall, the parade will begin and proceed up Church Street, left on North Road to the entrance of Greenwood Cemetery where the formal Memorial Day observance will commence. The Kingston Veteran’s Memorial watches over the Greenwood Cemetery and is located just behind the Kingston Veteran’s Club.

Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 28, 2018 at 10 a.m.
Parade route: Parade begins at Wyatt Park then marches up South Main and continues down Main Street ending at Veteran's Square in Laconia.


Lebanon, NH
Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 28, 2018 at 11 a.m.
Parade route: The parade will proceed down Route 120, pausing at the Hanover Street Bridge for a memorial service, continues around Colburn Park, heading down Church Street and entering the School Street Cemetery for another brief service. Then, the parade will continue out of  the School Street Cemetery and onto School Street and proceed to Colburn Park.

Parade route: The parade starts at the high school on Mammoth Road and goes to Glenwood Cemetery and then returns to the Town Common. Ceremonies will be held at both the cemetery and the common.

Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

When: Monday, May 28, 2018 from 8-11 a.m.
The parade gathers at the American Legion Post #33 on Plymouth Street at 9:30 am. The parade proceeds to the Meredith Library on Main street, where a service will be conducted at the War Memorial. The parade then proceeds to Swazey Cemetery on Lang Street, a short distance from the library. After this, the parade proceeds to the Hesky Park Bandstand’s POW/MIA Flagpole, where Bob Jones and Jeanie Forrester will speak. After the parade, there will be snacks at the American Legion Post #33 on Plymouth Street.

Parade route: Parade assembles and beings at the West Street Cemetery, proceeds down West Street to Elm Street and then proceeds to the Milford Oval and then to the VFW post at One VFW Way.

Parade route: Starts at Constitutional Way and then goes from Green Street to Franklin Street to Main Street. A ceremony will be held at the Summersworth Museum, Service Men and Women Memorial located in the park. From there, the parade will continue along Main Street to the Berwick Bridge Ceremony and then will return up High Street and end at Constitutional Way.

Parade route: Parade starts on Jackrabbit Lane then heads east onto Portsmouth Avenue to Stratham Hill Park. A Memorial Day program will be held at Stratham Hill Park following the parade.

Parade route: Parade lineup meets at Winnisquam Regional High School and proceeds to the WWII Veterans Monument, continues down Main Street to Park Cemetery and Riverside Park.

Warner, NH
Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 28, 2018
Parade route: Begins at the Wilins-Cloues-Bigelow-Pearson American Legion Post 39 at 8:30 a.m. accompanied by the Kearsarge Regional High School Band, marching across Main Street onto Kearsarge Mtn. Rd. The chaplain will then place flowers at the Soldiers Monument and the parade will continue on Kearsarge Mtn. Rd around the Masonic Lodge building, down Church Street and Main street to the Warner Town Hall. The legion unit will conduct a flag raising ceremony on the town hall lawn followed by a program in the town hall with a guest speaker, patriotic songs and the National Anthem.
