Fields of gold

Coppal House Farm in Lee is hosting a Sunflower Festival this weekend through Sunday, Aug. 2.

This event that is held amid the sunflower field and green pastures. Event features craft fair, live music, food vendors, wine garden, animals, and of course sunflowers. Money raised from the raffle prizes will be donated to Make-A-Wish NH as well as 10% of the proceeds from the festival.

Celebration of fairies

A celebration of fairies at The Fells in Newbury on Sunday connects children to the natural world and includes crafts, stories and readings, and of course, building fairy habitats in The Fells Fairy Village. Kids will enjoy a new addition this year – a fairy ballet dance performance by Ballet Misha. Children are invited to dress in their finest fairy or gnome attire.

Classic car show

Join the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire in Londonderry for a classic car show on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Get your roadster, muscle car, or restored jalopy out of the garage and head over to the show, or just come to check out the amazing rides. Also, prizes and raffles, food trucks and a yard sale.

Admission: $10 per vehicle, $5 per spectator, and  kids 12 and under free. No pre-registration necessary. All proceeds benefit the Aviation Museum. Please note that social distancing will be practiced and masks are required for all who participate.
