Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 10:30 a.m.
Parade route: Starts at Town Hall and goes to to Academy Avenue, left on to Leroy Avenue and right on Main Street and proceeds to the Atkinson Town Dow Common where a Memorial Day ceremony will take place.

Memorial Day Hometown Parade

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 1 p.m.
Parade route: Parade starts at Bedford High School’s driveway, goes down to County Road and up to Liberty Hill Road, and ends at McKelvie Intermediate School.

When: Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 11 a.m.
FYI: Please plan to arrive by 10:30 a.m. Seating is limited and attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair. The ceremony normally runs for one hour.

A Memorial Day ceremony will be held at the gazebo from 4:30-5:15 p.m.., followed by a community picnic lunch from 5:15-6:30 p.m.

Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 9 a.m.
Parade route: The parade will start at the Christ the King Church parking lot on Thorndike Street, take a left onto South Main Street and head down Main Street, taking a left onto Park Street.  The parade will then go up Park Street, take a left turn onto North State Street, and then take another left turn onto Capitol Street, circling back to the City Plaza where there will be a brief ceremony.

Dover’s Woodman Museum
Memorial Day Celebration

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 11 a.m.
All are invited to the Civil War Veteran Ceremony Monument in Pine Hill Cemetery for a ceremony honoring all of Dover’s veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of their country. The ceremony will include a presentation of colors and addresses by local veterans and the executive director.

Dublin, NH
Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 11:15 a.m.
Parade route: The parade begins at Yankee Publishing’s parking lot and proceeds to the cemetery for a short ceremony and then returns to the village center for a closing ceremony. After the parade, everyone is invited to continue Memorial Day celebrations with hotdogs and ice cream on the side lawn of the Dublin Community Center. The traditional lunch for veterans will be in a new spot this year – the back North Room of the DubHub.

There will be a Remembrance Ceremony at Memorial Park on Main Street to pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to serve and protect our country. Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 10 a.m.
Parade route: The parade will follow a short route along Main Street in Hopkinton, pausing at the Civil War Park and at Old Hopkinton Cemetery before returning to Harold Martin School for brief remarks and music performed by the Hopkinton Town Band.

Parade route: The parade will start rolling at 1 p.m., from Kingston Town Hall, head across the street to Kingston Pizza, left on West Main street, right on Rockrimmon Road, left onto Ball Road all the way to Danville Road. Then left onto Danville Road, left to Main Street, all the way on West Main Street past Kingston Pizza to Church Street, left onto North Road, and parking at Greenwood cemetery.

Rochester, NH
Memorial Day Parade

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
Parade route: The parade will step off at 9:30 am sharp from Holy Rosary Church, on North Main Street, and make its way to the Arched Bridge over the Cocheco River. There will be a short stoppage of the parade to conduct a Wreath Memorial Service at the bridge, after which the parade will continue down North Main Street through downtown onto South Main Street, concluding just past the Rochester Common in time for ceremonies at the Field of Honor.

Stratham, NH
Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

When: Monday, May 29, 2023 at 12 p.m.
Begining at 12 p.m., the SVFD will have a Memorial Service outside the Fire Station at the flagpole. At 1 p.m., the parade will start forming at the Jack Rabbit Lane entrance to StrathamHill Park under direction of Parade Marshall, Dave Emanuel. The Parade will include the CMS Band, Color Guards, Fire Department, Scout groups, antique vehicles, and any others who wish to participate. At 1:30 p.m., the Stratham Memorial Day Parade will march from Jack Rabbit Lane, east onto Portsmouth Avenue to Stratham Hill Park. At 1:45 p.m. there will be a Memorial Day Program that will begin at the Veterans Memorial Garden at Stratham Hill Park.
