60th Annual Hillsborough County Fair
Date: Friday, September 8 through Sunday, September 10, 2017
Location: Route 13 in New Boston, NH
About: A beloved agricultural fair with tractor and oxen pulling, 4-H demos, livestock auction, sheep show, midway rides and plenty of food choices.
Admission: $10 for ages 13-adult, $5 for seniors, active military personnel, veterans and children ages 6-12, free for children under 6.

Apple Harvest Day at the NH Farm Museum
Date: Saturday, September 16, 2017 | 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Location: NH Farm Museum in Milton, NH
About: Families are invited to enjoy everything apple, including: apple tasting, cider mill demonstrations and apple head carvings.

13th Annual Harvest Festival
Date: Saturday, September 23, 2017 | 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Location: Remick Country Doctor Museum & Farm, 58 Cleveland Hill Road in Tamworth Village, NH
About: Families are invited for an annyak celebration of agricultural life and accompanying historic crafts, trades, traditions and pastimes. Kids will love the wagon rides, scavenger hunt, live music and apple cider pressing.
Admission: $10 for ages 11 and over, $5 for children ages 5–10 and ages 4 and under are free

The Deerfield Fair
Date: Thursday - Sunday, September 28 - October 1, 2017
Location: Fairgrounds in Deerfield, NH
About: This is perhaps NH's most popular and beloved fair. This year marks 140 years of agricultural fun and festivities. There's horse and oxen pulling, a midway of games and amusement rides, food galore, barns filled with quilts, commercial goods and giant pumpkins and, of course, plenty of animals and 4-H fun.
Admission: $10 for ages 13+; ages 12 and younger are free. Advanced tickets are available for $8.

Date: Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1; Saturday, October 7 – Monday, October 9, 2017 | 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Location: Charmingfare Farm, Route 27 in Candia, NH
About: Spend a day at the farm as we celebrate the mighty pumpkin. Bring the whole family and join in all the festivities. The kids will love the Funny Farm bounce house plus new Pumpkin Festival games. Sack races, pumpkin spoon races and a pumpkin-rolling contest. Enjoy live music, face painting, pumpkin art (decorate your pumpkin), tractor train rides, horse-drawn hay rides.

Dover's Apple Harvest Day
Date: Saturday, October 7, 2017 | 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Downtown Dover, NH
About: The biggest outdoor festival and artisan fair in NH's seacoast during the beautiful fall season. There are multiple stages filled with live entertainment and music, a 5k road race for all ages, more than 400 artisans selling their goods and more.

28th Annual Milford Pumpkin Festival
Date: Friday through Sunday, October 6-8, 2017
Location: Downtown Milford and Milford Oval areas in Milford, NH.
About: The Annual Milford Pumpkin Festival features a craft fair, beer tasting, talent show, a haunted trail, music, plenty of delicious food, the giant pumpkin weigh-in and more. The event takes place at the Milford Oval and free parking is available at the Milford High School with free shuttle rides to the festival. This marks the 27th annual pumpkin festival so you can bet this one will be bigger and better than ever!

70th Annual Warner Fall Foliage Festival
Date: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 6-8, 2017
Location: Downtown Warner, NH.
About: The Warner Fall Foliage Festival is Warner's invitation to share the natural splendor of fall while enjoying food, entertainment, carnival rides and fine crafts along the main streets of Warner. The festival also includes a children’s fun run, parade, 5k road race and apple pie making contest.

20th Annual Attitash Oktoberfest
Date: Saturday, October 7 and Sunday, October 8, 2017 | 12 - 6 p.m.
Location: Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, NH.
About: Head to Attitash for the annual Annual Oktoberfest which happens each Columbus Day Weekend. Festivities include live Bavarian music from the world renowned King Ludwig's Band, dancing, kids' activities and games, authentic German food and, of course, the Oktoberfest Biergarten featuring brewers from around the region.

The Sandwich Fair

Location: Fairgrounds in Sandwich, NH.
About: This traditional country fair dates back to 1887 and is celebrated every Columbus Day Weekend in New Hampshire. Special events include a lumberjack competition, tractor pulling, a dog show and more.

Strawbery Banke's NH Fall Festival

Location: Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth, NH.
About: It’s time to celebrate harvest time with Strawbery Banke's annual New Hampshire Fall Festival. Somersworth Pumpkin Festival

About: The Annual Somersworth Pumpkin Festival is a seacoast area favorite. It’s an all-day family-oriented event focusing on all things pumpkin (pumpkin pie, pumpkin carving, pumpkin painting, pumpkin tossing, pumpkin-themed games and more!).

Pumpkin Patch Express
Date: Friday-Sunday, October 20-22 and October 27-29, 2017
Location: Conway Scenic Railroad on Norcross Circle in North Conway, NH.
About: All departures are from the North Conway Station for a leisurely roundtrip train ride aboard vintage coaches to the White Mountain Cider Company in Glen, where each child can visit the “Pumpkin Patch” and select their own pumpkin. Costumes are encouraged. Reservations also strongly encouraged.

Pumpkin Weigh-off and Regatta
Date: Saturday, October 14 and Sunday, October 15, 2017
Where: Main Street in Goffstown, NH
About: The giant pumpkin weigh-off takes place on Saturday and is followed by the regatta on Sunday. The regatta is a great and humorous event where people ride down the river in their enormous pumpkins. This year the annual event also features a 10K run and kids relay, pumpkin catapults, a giant pumpkin drop, pumpkin races and more.

Many events planned and a food and craft court will be one of the many attractions.
