National Night Out is on August 1




National Night Out is an annual national community-building campaign that promotes positive police and community partnerships as well as neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live throughout the country. National Night Out events are free to attend and the event is normally held on the first Tuesday in the month of August.

Many National Night Out festivities include a hot dog and burger bbq or other food, games and activities for kids, bounce houses, dunk tanks, safety information booths, K-9 demonstrations, touch-a-truck opportunities with local police and fire vehicles and music.

This year's 34th Annual National Night Out will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. Most events take place from 6-8 p.m. (please check the links below for more times, locations and event details).
